Elizabeth's closet
A couple of days ago I posted a dinner cabinet refurbishment. Today, we share this closet recycled into a perfect scrapbooking storage area.
Elizabeth recently removed the closet doors and changed a linen closet into a scrapbook storage area. We have had other entries with closets, but it is nice to be reminded of this simple idea, which I think is easy to do as long as you have large closets without any clothes in them.

Love this scrapbook closet, is there a blog to read more about it?Totally loving this idea and how she set it up!
Lovely idea but I don't have a closet that large in my whole house...let alone an empty one! :D It is very nicely organized though!
Thanks for sharing! :)
Looks great! I would like to know more about the storage with the glass doors - they look lovely.

Would you be able to give me the measurements of your closet? Especially the depth. So appreciate it. My e address is nanamk@3rivers.net.. Margene from Montana
Is there a way to find out how the shelves were made, supported? Love the idea and I have the perfect closet that I am trying to organize all of my stamping and craft supplies into. Thank you!

This is perfection!!! My craft room doesn't have a closet, but this makes me think I need to build one across one wall.....I just love this!!!!
I also would love some measurements and a blog to go to if possible! :)
Hi All, thanks for the comments, this is my closet. I don't have a blog :-( The closet was pre-existing in our loft, with doors. The shelves were in the closet. I took the doors off and the lower shelves had enough space that I was able to use the Michael's modular storage that holds 12X12 supplies, so all the white cubes are from Michael's. The other shelves weren't tall enough to handle the storage cubes. I left the middle "stick" on the shelves because it was there and I wasn't certain it wasn't providing some type of support, although I suspect I could remove it because it was there for the doors, not to support shelves. I took the measurements this morning, the open space of the closet is 69" across 78" tall. The top shelf is mostly behind the frame, but it is actually 14.5", so that is where I'm stacking my boxes of pictures. The cubes are 14.25X14.25 and are Jet Max cubes from Michaels. The stick out a little wider than the shelves, which is why I had to take the doors off.
