I commented on her blog, asking permission to do an English version of this tutorial with links back to her blog/Youtube channel, but I haven't had a reply. Also, I couldn't find any cutting layouts for the foam board apart from gleaning what I could from the video for the first one. It would be great to have a decent tutorial in English for this as there must be loads of people out there who would find this carousel useful, and I am really keen to make it.
