Joe's Mini Scrap Studio

Almost always we feature craft spaces that are designed and use by female crafters, so when I got this submission by Joe Gonzales I was static. Not only the space is lovely and useful but also rather masculine. I love the dark wood furniture, the displayed artwork, and all those lovely products close by and neatly organized.

Suzanne's ideas

Somebody likes her Martha Stewart punches as much as I do!

And I like the space efficiency of how she stores the cartridges.

This is tidy.

This is after crafting.

Sharon's basement workshop!

I will let Sharon explain:
It has evolved over the past 8 years going from an unfinished part of the basement.  As a Christmas gift my husband built this room with recessed lights, built in shelves, tile flooring and a window to look into the other side of the basement where we set up a playroom for the kids.  Now the kids are teens with my 16 yr old son's bedroom is next to my workshop, so I am not allowed to open the shades. :o)I just finished the most recent Purging, Organizing, Storing set up last month.  I love my room now.  Everything I used on a daily basis is within arm's reach.  I would live here if I could.

Cricut Studio

I was really impress by this studio. The reason? It is very specific, Tangee (the owner of this room) is a Cricut crazy crafter and the studio suits the machine and its cartridges inspiring to use and create with it. Besides, it only cost about two hundres dollars to do.
Look all the Cricut cartridges. Amazing.

Ivette's scraproom

Ivette's scraproom is actually a 10 x 16 shed in her Florida home back yard ...

This is the view into the room from the entrance...

Ivette loves her Shoe holder, for two reasons, she can store plenty of stuff at hand.. and it matches her room so well ...

She also loves her main work space, an Ikea island table.

Ivette has lots more pictures and a mini YouTube video tour on her blog, click here its well worth a visit.

Tracey's Cricut Cartridge storage idea

Tracey came up with a storage solution for her Cricut cartridges, overlays and the manual.    Tracey does the majority of her scrapbooking at crops and she like to have her Cricut available with her.  But with almost 50 cartridges it takes up a ton of space.  She came across a photo box at Micheals and started thinking.  Using the cardboard backing from a paper pack, Tracey made little trays to hold the cartridges and two stack on top of each other perfectly to fit in the back of the photo box.  Tracey tucked the overlays into the front of the manual and now can have 24 cartridges in one photo box.  A perfect little box to take to a crop!!
