Anam's scrapbook area

A peak on to Anam Stubbington's scrapbook area.

Creative spaces dont have have to be dream spaces, the most important thing is to have an area where you can create and we should all be thankful to be able to do so!

Skooks room is really full of little and big storing ideas. I am inspired myself as lately I have gotten more into fabric than ever before.

This is something I had never seen before, a Hanging ruler Holder.

How cute is that?

Carly Robertson's Studio

Carly Robertson of Paper in Bloom is so lucky to have a handy husband, he has built her a new table for her studio, and it is PERFECT for her scrapbooking.

The table is approximately 6' x 4' which is the perfect size to scrapbook on, she can layout all her supplies and pictures, and still have room to create! and below the table top she keeps some of her cardstock, pattern paper and scrapbooking kits.

Because Carly sews on many of her layouts she has also created this lovely little sewing centre in her studio.

Brenda's creative space

I will let Brenda explain.
About a month ago I decided I needed a sewing area more than a 10 x 10 foot dining room.
I used a lot of low cost or free storage in this small space. The two tables are actually folding tables. I hot-glued oilcloth to them.I used a shelf from my closet that's typically used for shoes. I took low-cost jars and "spiffed" them up.
This room has openings on all four sides. Two walls are French doors, one of which I covered up somewhat. One is a full opening to the living room. And one wall has a china cabinet (now full of fabric, of course) and a door to the kitchen. So this space had some barriers to overcome.

Click here for a great post with loads of photos and explanation.
