From Spice racks to crafty storage
Another sample of what you can do when you repurpose storage items. This one comes from Rosie who says:
This is one of my favorite scraproom items - my little spice drawers. I found them at Liquidation World and they are perfect for storing my smallest items.

Vintage Glass Jars
I just love all those little glass jars that Stephanie uses to store her beads. So pretty!

Jessica's updated crafts room!
When I joined the Crafty Storage team, I told Paula that I think I may enjoy organizing my crafts room more than I like actually crafting. So it was with glee that I was "forced" to reorganize my crafts room when we bought a treadmill (that we decided to keep in the room.)
Here's a view of my main workspace, my desk. You'll notice my punches and ribbon are close at hand, and a peg board holds most of my tools within easy reach.
I have a LOT of Ikea items in my crafts room. It's my go-to store for organization furniture and accessories! Another store I like to browse for storage options is my local hardware store. That's where I found the storage cabinets below (meant for garage storage of nails and such) that hold small embellishments such as brads, flowers, and eyelets.
You can see more of my updated crafts room on my blog, including photos of my previous room(s).
Do you have a fun and funky crafts room that you want to share? If so, please email the crafty storage team with a link to your blog, and you may just be the next featured crafter!

More Card Candy

This is another idea on how to store the Card Candy. I do admit that I am hooked on this product, so I have masses of it. As I am crafter by colour, I like to have my card candy organized by the colour spectrum, rather than collection of colours. So I use an ArtBin Solutions Box (4006AB) to store my Card Candy. By the way, dividing the card candy by colour is a job for only patient people.
This way I know when I have too many of a particular colour and not enough of another. And as you know I am storage fan -how, otherwise, would you explain the existence of this blog?- the Card Candy Storage box gets recycled for other uses.
So, what did I do with the Candy Store? Well, I use it to store other items like buttons or ribbon, or die cut shapes.
It is actually perfect to store small embellishments such as beads or brads. By the way, Craftwork Cards sells those ribbon boxes.

Card Candy Store

I fell in love with it. It is so neat. Its a plastic box that contains 13 ATC boxes full of Card Candy, one of Craftwork Cards really cool card creations.
It is a pretty useful way to store them, but more importantly, at £20.51 so you basically get storage boxes for free.

Card Candy is a die cut and shaped card that you can use to decorate card and do so many different things. You can check out Julie Hickey's blog as she is the master of Card Candy.
Also, Craftwork Cards sell direct, so if QVC is out of stock you can get it from here.
